Site Plans A Site Plan is a 2 dimensional overview of your property showing the locations of things like- *Your property lines including length and survey coordinates of each line. * The topography of your site. *The footprints of existing or proposed buildings or structures including sheds, etc. *Utilities such as electrical, gas, water, sewer, fire hydrants etc. *Hardscaping such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc. *Major landscaping items like trees (generally with a 3" dia. trunk or larger, and lawns, etc. *An indication of your existing and/or proposed required parking spaces, aisles, required back-up space, turning radii, etc. *An arrow indication North *Any number of additional items that your jurisdiction may require.
