Various Departments Involved in Environmental Review Especially if your project is near any body of water or habitat for wildlife, three of the agencies that may have a say in your project, as part of the review required by CEQA, are the United States Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), the California Department of Fish & Game (CDFG) and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
