Equipment Plan & Schedule

This is a floor plan showing all of the different pieces of equipment that you are proposing to use in your food service business.  Typically, each item will be indicated by number and that number will be referenced on the equipment schedule (scroll down), which can be on the same sheet as the floor plan or on another sheet.  The equipment schedule will show the number of the item indicated, the description of the item, the manufacturer name, the model name and/or number, any gas, water, or electrical specification or requirements for that item. 

 

You may also include the dimensions of the item and any other comments you may wish to make in order to clarify things to the contractor or builder.  The hatched areas shown below indicate required handicapped access aisles.
