Conditional Approval Conditional Approval means that your project has been approved as long as you meet with a list of Conditions that will be provided to you to include with the plans that you will then submit to the Building Department. These conditions may include various provisions and/or minor modifications to the design or the plans but you can just include these in the submittal to the Building Department, which the Planning Department will then also review concurrently with the Building Department of the process. This, as opposed to having to do major design modifications for additional separate review by the Planning Department prior to submitting anything to the Building Department. |
