Biological Study This is a study that is done to determine certain issues like presence of endangered animals or plants, wetland, lake, or creek/stream/river boundaries or banks (which set the point from which a certain setback may be required), etc. Currently, these can run anywhere from $600-$1500 and up for smaller parcels and can take as little as two weeks, or an indefinite period of time as when you have to wait till a certain time of year to see if an endangered plant blooms or not. |
