Archaeological Report Typically, your City or County Planning Department will have a list of people they have approved as qualified to conduct the study necessary for your project. Currently studies for smaller parcels are running around $500-600 and typically can be obtained in 2-3 weeks. Larger parcels and projects move on up in price from there. In most of the projects I have had studies done on, nothing significant turns up but you hope they don’t find anything significant, otherwise, more money, possible complications during the construction process, and time delays. |
